Dr. Plunkett, a Columbus, Ohio native, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as a family medicine physician. She began her academic journey at Miami University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree before going on to obtain her Medical Degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED). Dr. Plunkett completed her Family Medicine Residency at the University of Wyoming in Cheyenne, where she excelled in her training, serving as Chief Resident in her final year.

Following her residency, Dr. Plunkett practiced family medicine with a focus on obstetrics in Gunnison, Colorado. Her commitment to comprehensive care led her to develop a well-rounded practice that addresses all areas of family medicine, with a particular emphasis on sports medicine, women’s health, and pediatrics. This broad approach allows her to provide compassionate, skilled care to patients of all ages and backgrounds.

After several years in Colorado, Dr. Plunkett and her family relocated to Utah, where they enjoy the area’s rich natural beauty and outdoor opportunities. She is married and has two sons, and together they make the most of Utah’s landscapes through skiing, hiking, camping, fishing, and golfing. Known for her balanced approach to life, Dr. Plunkett believes in hard work, family values, and the importance of finding joy in every day. She’s passionate about travel and has dreams of exploring the world in retirement.

Breeonah
Family Nurse Practitioner

Breeonah is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Roseman University in 2024. With nearly a decade of experience in dialysis care as both a technician and registered nurse, Breeonah brings a strong clinical background and patient-centered approach to family medicine. Beginning her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant in high school, she pursued nursing school at age 18, with a commitment to compassionate care.
Outside of professional practice, Breeonah enjoys spending quality time with her husband Zac and two children, Boston (age 5) and Quade (age 1), as well as their Bernadoodle, Gwen. Her favorite activities include camping, outings to the park, maintaining a tidy home—especially pressure washing—making homemade meals and cozy movie nights with popcorn. Breeonah values creating a warm and welcoming environment for both her family and patients, striving to promote wellness in all aspects of life.

Dr. Garrett Rountree
Physical Therapist, Orthopedic and Sports Rehabilitation Specialist

Garrett Rountree, originally from Beaumont, Texas, brings a wealth of expertise and enthusiasm to his Doctor of Physical Therapy role. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Lamar University and completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Texas Woman’s University. Garrett is a lifelong athlete and sports enthusiast who channels his passion for health, fitness, and rehabilitation into helping patients achieve their best physical performance.

With extensive experience in orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, and sports performance, Garrett has worked with many patients, from those recovering from injuries to professional athletes, including his time with the Dallas Cowboys. His approach combines a deep understanding of physical therapy with a practical focus on empowering patients to regain mobility and strength.

Coming from a military family, Garrett holds a profound respect for federal workers and the sacrifices they make. This background fuels his commitment to providing compassionate, effective care to federal employees, helping them recover and confidently return to their duties. Outside of work, Garrett stays active by playing pickleball, basketball, soccer, tennis, and other sports, embodying the values of fitness and resilience he promotes in his professional life.

Megan Daugherty
Physical Therapist Assistant

Megan Daugherty is a newly graduated Physical Therapy Assistant who is passionate about helping others and making a difference in her community. Originally from Henderson, Nevada, Megan now resides in Utah, where she is eager to begin her career in the field of physical therapy. She is passionate about giving back, using her skills as a PTA to help others regain mobility and improve their lives, to assist Federal workers who dedicate their lives to the betterment of others.

Megan is excited to use her skills and compassionate nature to support patients on their recovery journeys, combining her dedication to healthcare with a heartfelt desire to make a positive impact. As a former college soccer player, Megan continues to play the sport she loves, which has fueled her understanding of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance-qualities she brings to her patient care.

Outside of her professional life, Megan enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s fishing, camping, or exploring nature. She believes every patient has the ability to grow and recover with the right support and encouragement. Megan’s active lifestyle and love for the outdoors inspire her to help others regain mobility, strength, and confidence so they can enjoy their own passions, just as she does.

Chloe
Physical Therapist Assistant

Chloe is previously from Anaheim Hills, California, but moved up to Salt Lake City, UT to attend the University of Utah where she earned her Bachelors in Kinesiology. Following her schooling at the U, she then went on to Provo College for an Associates to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. Chloe grew up a competitive swimmer and waterpolo player which led to her passion in the physical therapy field. Driven to grow and make an impact in her physical therapy career, Chloe is dedicated to help her patients in all phases of their recovery and get them back to work. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and daughter and going on drives and hikes through the Utah canyons.

Matthew Beach
