She began her academic journey at Miami University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree before going on to obtain her Medical Degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED). Dr. Plunkett completed her Family Medicine Residency at the University of Wyoming in Cheyenne, where she excelled in her training, serving as Chief Resident in her final year.
Following her residency, Dr. Plunkett practiced family medicine with a focus on obstetrics in Gunnison, Colorado. Her commitment to comprehensive care led her to develop a well-rounded practice that addresses all areas of family medicine, with a particular emphasis on sports medicine, women’s health, and pediatrics. This broad approach allows her to provide compassionate, skilled care to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
After several years in Colorado, Dr. Plunkett and her family relocated to Utah, where they enjoy the area’s rich natural beauty and outdoor opportunities. She is married and has two sons, and together they make the most of Utah’s landscapes through skiing, hiking, camping, fishing, and golfing. Known for her balanced approach to life, Dr. Plunkett believes in hard work, family values, and the importance of finding joy in every day. She’s passionate about travel and has dreams of exploring the world in retirement.
Christy Jonkman
Family Nurse Practitioner, Veteran Care Specialist
Christy Jonkman is a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of dedicated service in the Utah Air National Guard. Her extensive career in healthcare reflects a deep commitment to serving Veterans, and she holds a special appreciation for her fellow service members and the unique health needs they face. Outside of her professional life, Christy values quality time with her family and an active outdoor lifestyle. She enjoys "glamping" with her husband, son, and even her adventurous cat, who joins the family on their outdoor escapades. They can often be found exploring Utah's scenic trails in their side-by-side vehicle, kayaking on local lakes, or setting up a cozy campsite to enjoy nature together. Christy’s passion for both her profession and the outdoors fuels her balanced, well-rounded approach to life and patient care.
Dr. Garrett Rountree
Physical Therapist, Orthopedic and Sports Rehabilitation Specialist
Garrett Rountree, originally from Beaumont, Texas, brings a wealth of expertise and enthusiasm to his Doctor of Physical Therapy role. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Lamar University and completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Texas Woman’s University. Garrett is a lifelong athlete and sports enthusiast who channels his passion for health, fitness, and rehabilitation into helping patients achieve their best physical performance.
With extensive experience in orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, and sports performance, Garrett has worked with many patients, from those recovering from injuries to professional athletes, including his time with the Dallas Cowboys. His approach combines a deep understanding of physical therapy with a practical focus on empowering patients to regain mobility and strength.
Coming from a military family, Garrett holds a profound respect for federal workers and the sacrifices they make. This background fuels his commitment to providing compassionate, effective care to federal employees, helping them recover and confidently return to their duties. Outside of work, Garrett stays active by playing pickleball, basketball, soccer, tennis, and other sports, embodying the values of fitness and resilience he promotes in his professional life.
Jeff Hanson

Jeff Hanson is a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant with a strong fitness and movement science background. He earned his Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from Dixie State University (now Utah Tech) and brings over eight years of experience as a certified Personal Trainer to his role. Jeff’s deep commitment to helping others recover and build strength shines through in every patient interaction. Known for his positive energy and motivating approach, Jeff tailors treatments to make rehabilitation effective and enjoyable, ensuring his patients feel supported as they work toward their goals.
Jeff's dedication to fitness extends beyond his civilian career. He served six years in the Utah Army National Guard as the Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of Physical Fitness, leading his fellow service members in reaching their fitness standards. This military background fuels his passion for assisting federal employees in achieving rehabilitation and wellness goals, blending discipline with compassion in his practice.
Outside of work, Jeff is a devoted family man. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Aubrey, and their two children, Brinley and Beck. Dani Fogg, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant, Orthopedic Specialist
Dani Fogg has been a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant since 2006, dedicating her career to outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. Originally from Orlando, Florida, Melissa moved to Utah 20 years ago and has fully embraced her new home.
